Meaningful Conversations Lead to Change

Healthy and effective Teamwork
Personal and Organizational Development

I hold the space for people to collaborate together out of joint purpose, flow and individual and organizational growth

I'm Inbar. I love to help people listen to themselves and others, in a way which creates new results.

I hold the space for people to have meaningful conversations which lead to change, to go through a process, develop together through tensions and conflicts and find meaningful and fun ways to collaborate - at home, in the community, at work and in the organizations.

Communities

A community is an organic entity, Which is greater than the sum of its parts. What do we need from our community? What does our community need from us? How we lead ourselves and our community together?
Listening and creativity as a way to live together

How can I help you?

Thanks for reaching out!
I'll be in touch as soon as possible

"The gateway to the mystery of the Council circle method is the gateway of Devote Listening.
We don't listen with our ears alone when sitting in Council. We listen with the same awareness that the mountain man gives to the wind blowing in the branches of an Almond tree and in which a mother listens to her child's first words."

Jack Zimmerman, The way of Council

Recommendations

"Dear Inbar, the Council Circle that I experienced with you was empowering and helpful. It promoted constructive communication, deep listening and connection with the other people in the circle.
I have no doubt that this is a tool that will serve me and the company in the future, and will strengthen teamwork and communication between the company employees.
Thank you."

I didn't always know this, but looking back - the interface between people has always interested me.

For me, being part of a group (an organization, company, community, our families, relationships) encapsulates that gentle movement of being able to work together and care for ourselves, as well as others in our lives.
